Dear Owner, Supervisor,

Normally I do not write letters to companies unless there is a problem with product or service. This, however, is different this time.

Getting though the past several weeks with my roof leak(s) and our local rainy problems has been a challenge to say the least. It has been made much more pleasant because of  Done Rite's effort and your attention to customer service. I'm not going to say that it was seamless but it was pretty dam close as things progressed sometimes for the worse but in the end.... it was for the better.

Not sure where you got the three ladies who worked on my nice, new, beautiful roof but you'd better take good care of them so they don't leave you for another company. While the office staff was great to work with, it's the day to to day workers who are the heart and soul of your business. These three were not only pleasant but efficient and attentive to the task at hand. While not trying to take away from their work, they cheerfully took a minute here and there to be nice to me. They even offered to take a message from a visitor who arrived during the process while I was absent. Plus, my new roof looks great and the neighbors are envious of my new look. Its these three who did the job and help to make Done Rite truly "done right".

Since I cannot speak for the great crew who removed the old concrete tiles, my friends tell me they were amazed that it took such a short time. I arrived home late on the evening to find my friends the blue tarps, gone. gone. gone. and the roof prepared for the shingles and final completion. One day!!! And slept like a baby knowing my house was finally in the dry mode.

You reputation preceded you and I can certainly second that opinion.

When you came out to give the estimate you were accurate, there was no pressure, and you were kind enough to come out again. just to explain all of the details of exactly what I was going to be getting for my money. The assistance that I received in your office was very helpful, and I am pleased with my selection. You started the work earlier than you promised, and completed the job within three days. When it rained, you completely covered the roof, and followed up with a telephone call to apologize and gave me a hotline number in case of problems during the night-VERY impressive! I'm pleased to say that there was never any sort of problem whatsoever.

Re: Completion of new roof installation

My new roof was completed today and I could not be any happier with the completed job.

Quality-Excellent , the job was done with meticulous attention to detail. In fact for the board work that was required, it was done with the precision of a cabinet maker.

Clean-Up, The clean up was better than I have ever seen. One man had a handle with a magnet on it and he went through my wood chips and picked u every loose stable, nail, etc. It was more thorough than anyone could have expected.

Timeliness- Except for one weather delay the job was done as promised and it seemed to me in record time.

The success of nay business is based on it's performance Done-Rite will be extremely successful, if not already so.

Dear Jason, Christine and the Entire DONE RITE Staff

Our intentions have be sincere, but alas, our time has been stretched to the max with a wedding, family visiting and some extended stays. However, we now want to take this opportunity to say a BIG THANK YOU to all of you.

The roofing job that you completed for us was the forth roof that we have had to have during the almost 24 years we have lived here. We trust that this will be the last and we feel that it will last, this time. Of all the different companies that we have dealt with, over the years, yours has earned our highest regard. ALL of your employees, as well as you, Jason have treated us with every courtesy. You all have worked diligently, not loitering around, like some other companies employees, we won't name. One evening, the crew working here stayed LONG past a normal working time, in order to make sure that everything was dried in, even though there was absolutely no indication of rain, That is real dedication to serving the customer. We never heard any bad language, nor did we hear any contention among any of the workers. You kept us informed of what the situation was concerning bad wood, etc. and let us make the decisions) instead of just assuming and going ahead and doing what you thought we wanted. Also, we were impressed that you made copies of every purchase receipt and included them with the bill. Any other bills that we have incurred have just had a lump sum for this and that, not the detailed break down that you supplied. We really appreciated that consideration. We are also grateful for your considerations in allowing us to wait a month to pay for the wood cost. THANK YOU!

Even your clean-up was impressive. Every other time we had roofing done, we were cleaning up pieces of tar paper and shingles for weeks and could have filled a small pail with all the nails lying around. After you finished, we only found a few little tiny pieces of scrape and three nails. Truly a great job!

We have observed several other roofing jobs being done in our subdivision during the past couple months. Each time we would drive by and see the quality of the work and the time delays in completing the job, we would remark to each other, that we are certainly glad that we didn't have this or that roofing company do our roofing; and that we feel that we made the RITE choice this time. You all have truly lived up to your name, for truly we feel that our roof was DONE RITE!

Jason, just an added thank you to you and the other man who so graciously carried our heavy old sleeper sofa down to ground level. That was truly a blessing for us. Thank You so very much. That is truly going above and beyond the call of duty.

We have and will continue to tells others of your top quality work and will readily and wholeheartedly recommend your company for any roofing needs. It is refreshing to see people take pride in doing a job correctly the first time.
