We gave Done Rite Roofing a call, they showed up 10 minutes early. Did not have a problem finding where the leak was coming from. They explained to us what was needed to repair the problem. Gave us the quote. We hired them, they were professional, courteous, and very helpful with the project. We have not had any more problems with a leaky roof, the smell is gone, and we sure happy, cause I was sure the smell was coming from my husband!! Jason Loiacano gave us a call two weeks after, asked us about our experience,if we had anymore problems and etc. I have never had this kind of customer service with the owner of a company.
